Instructions:

    1.  Take the template and outline it on 2 sheets of paper.
    2. Cut out your sheets of paper, as shown in our video tutorial. If you need cutting tools, check out Cricut!
    3. Fold your colored sheet of paper along the lines of the template.
    4. Repeat the last step with your white sheet of paper.
    5. Using a glue stick glue down your white sheet of paper on top of your colored sheet.
    6. Fold the edge of your sheets of paper and glue the other side down to this fold. Creating a paper ‘pouch’.
    7. Place the piece of paper with the drawing on top of a clear sheet protector. With a pen, outline the piece of paper onto the sheet protector.
    8. With scissors, cut out a piece of clear sheet protector, following the outline we just created.
    9. Color or paint in your drawing and then once dry, glue down your piece of sheet protector.
    10. Place paper tape on top of the sheet protector, to ensure the sheet protector is secured.
    11. Take a piece of colored paper and glue it down, over the top of the paper tape.
    12. Taking a black marker, begin to add the finishing touches to the sketch, drawing on the clear sheet protector.
    13. Carefully, slide your drawing into the paper ‘pouch’ we created. Making sure that the colored sketch is hidden behind the paper and that the only thing visible from the front is the clear sheet protector. Then, the whole design is revealed when lifting the top of the card.
