Step 2 – Combine mashed banana, egg, almond milk, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, kosher salt, nutmeg, chocolate chips, and honey in a large bowl and mix well.

Step 3 – Grease muffin tin and scoop out mixture evenly into the tin.

Step 4 – Garnish with extra chocolate chips on top.

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup chopped apple
