Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup un-popped popcorn kernels
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Dash of turmeric powder
  • Pinch of curry powder
  • Sprinkle of salt

Equipment:

  • Small pot with lid
  • Mixing bowl

Instructions:

1.   On your stovetop, heat the olive oil in a pan.

2.   Once it’s hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover with a lid. Keep the lid tilted so a little bit of air and steam can escape. Cook for 10 minutes.

3.   Soon, you’ll hear and see the kernels starting to pop. Once they are all popped, remove them from the heat and add them to a large bowl.

4.   Now, it is time to season! Add the garlic powder, paprika, turmeric powder, curry powder, and salt.

5.   Mix everything together until all the popcorn is coated.
